Help!!! I screwed 5 expensive Philips GU10 Led lights

jnathalia

Question

I have a Fibaro dimmer with 3 GU10 LED lights (Philips latest version with purple package, 4 Watt equal to 35 Watt halogen)

The lights are dimmable (expensive version)

As the load is less than 25 Watt I had to use the Fibaro Bypass.

At the beginning after about 2 weeks one by one the lights were broken. No light at all anymore.

I thought this must have to do with the production serie. So I brought it back and luckily they trusted me and got 3 new ones.

After installing these everything seems to work fine again, but now after about 4 weeks again 2 are broken and I'm afraid for the last one, so replaced it by a halogen spot.

As these lights costs about 16 Euro per piece I first want to understand/get the answer why it isn't working.

Am I doing something wrong or is this a known problem?

Maybe you are using the wrong pulse?

You can set the pulse by parameter 20.

I use pulse 135 for my dimmable IKEA led bulbs.
