Virtual device - Main loop

I am doing my first code in the main loop.

If I understand well, the code refresh every second.

Does it possible without a fibaro sleep to refresh code every 30 min?

Mainloop refresh now every 3sec, but it is not possible to change that somehow except with a sleep timeout.
