Expander needs 12V power supply. It has 4 channels so You can connect 4 Fibaro devices UBS or switch. Then You make association. When You press car headlights once then You switch on 1 channel, twice second and so on...

I do not know what You would like to know more?

It seems to me that this is an old device from Fibaro , before Z-Wave

    Zwave Europe :868 MHz

This device : radio communication in the band 433.92 MHz

There are a few more devices which are being sold on ebay .
