"My setup" forum

I've got a suggestion for the forum here, but I won't fill up the bugzilla as it doesn't relate to the home centers. So I hope that Fibaro will read it here - and that some of you guys agree.

Anyway, my suggestion is to create a "my setup" subforum on this site where people can describe their setup and can show off what it can do. I think it would be a great way to share ideas and showcase different ways of utilizing "the power of the Z-wave"

Anyone with me or is it a stupid suggestion? I'd really like to see what you guys are doing out there with your setups. I thought about creating my own blog on my project, but I'm still considering it.

I like the idea, for a page / forum like that to be effective it is important that it is setup correctly.

For instance, if people start asking "how did you do this or that" in every post it will get messy. So maybe split it the forum in: my setup, with a sub page or something to how you build the independent sub functionalities.

  • That is a really good idea... Otherwise, you are right, tHe pages could quickly become cluttered with questions.

Totally agree on this.. This would be a great way for people to share their installs.. All in one forum.
