Kage, Assuming you have turned the power on ... 3 clamp and single phase 240 v ?

We are single phase 240v here in Australia, but single clamp ..which for me was reporting total usage in 4.031, but no live usage, so basically useless ..

  • I have read that topic and other ones, but no luck here

    don't understand your question mark over 3 clamp and single phase 240v

    240 ad parameter 1 tels it's EU and 230 is US, so i read

    we have just 220v

    Is your energy meter connected with all three clamps and also the three voltage cabels connected to the right phases?

    Mine three clamp meter in 3.600 shows only total and phase 2 and 3.

    In version 4.031 shows everything perfect.

    Note.

    22oV ??? I think you have 230V in a single phase and 3x400V in three-phase connections.

    Just parameter 101 size 4 to 16131

    I have installed the Home Energy Meter DSB09104-ZWEU with 2 clamps.

    It's possible to have all the parameters?

    [12] ID 133: Set parameter 101, value = 16131

    [12] ID 133: Received parameter 101 report, value = 6915.

    Many Thanks in advance

    Marco

    I have Z-Wave Clamp Power Meter - three clamps Second Edition - Aeon Labs and I can´t get it to work. This is my advanced settings:

    Please login or register to see this link.

    Every parameter is on 0 and I cant change them, when I do they turn back to 0 again after I save. I have tested the clamps on an Vera and it showed correct so I know that it´s correct installed.

    It´s installed on three phase and a neutral system.

    Have removed it from the system and reinstalled with same result

    swefred, uncheck "Use template for parameters" and then you can modify them.

    Suggested setting for HEM E2:

    1 : 240;

    3 : 0;

    101 : 3;

    102 : 16128;

    103 : 0;

    111 : 360;

    112 : 720;

    113 : 720;

    The parameter 102 =16128 is not possible to set; but we receive the value 6192

    see below:

    Imposta parametro 102, valore = 16128

    [15] ID 133: Rapporto dei parametri 102 ricevuto, valore = 6912

    Hi,

    A question for Fibaro support: I have an EU version of the 3 phase AEON Labs Home Energy Meter DSB09104-ZWEU.

    I have manged to configure it to show the total  and instant consumption, in room view.

    But it is not usable in the consumption tab. More than that, in the energy panel,  when i choose the room where it is allocated, the web page is freezing.

    Could you integrate it, so it would be usable in the energy panel?

    Thank you very much!

    I have upgraded to 4.049, then I have deleted the device and reinstalled it an it seems that it is working now. Though, the pie chart in the energy panel si not taking into account that the total value on the energy meter is the sum of the 3 phases and it is showing it like the 4th value.
