Question

Posted

I'm at version 4.042 of the software and everything works okay for some time now. Today I added a device and wanted to add this device also to some scenes. Fact is that when changing the scene, not all devices (all of them are lighting devices) are shown in the block based scene changing interface.

What to I do wrong, or is it a bug in the software of version 4.042?

It is even more odd that trying to change different scenes show different devices. It seems that the only devices shown are the ones that are already in the current scene and the devices that are not in any scene yet (except the new device).

Please help

I am not sure If I get your problem correctly, but maybe this will  helpful: devices shown in "Device Group" are the same type. It you wish to add another one, the new device group should be created. To be able to change devices in one device group to another one you have to blank out all check boxes and then close the window of device group and open it again.

This was in some way helpful. If I blank out all check boxes, close the window of device group and reopen in again, all the devices are shown.

But when I then check one of the devices, all other devices of a different type disappear. Does this mean that I cannot mix wall plugs and Relay Switches to start and stop within the same scene?

Solved it by using the AND statement with another device group.
