Fibaro HC2 No Lights - Server Unavailable Issue

tvamvaki

Question

Hi All,

Just wondering one of could provide some assistance.

After rebooting my HC2 I now get Server Unavailable and have no blue lights on the unit.

This my second unit, my first one was replaced under warranty because it had a similar issue (this one had a single blue light flashing with the same Server Unavailable message).

I was wondering whether anyone else has had this issue before or if anyone has any idea on how fix the problem? Sending it back to Fibaro is a pain and an expensive process.

Thanks!

If it does not boot up at all you need to contact support, since there is no way to do anything anyway. You can also try recovery if you so not wish to wait and have a backup.

  • I have already logged a case with support. I'll wait until they get a look at it. Thanks.

Sorry for the delay, sometimes it takes a little longer due to current load of work. I am sure someone will take look at it shortly.
