Virtual device as counter

I would like to use a virtual device to work as the counter for counting the number of triggers of motion detector. In HC2 it shuld be feasible to do that (LUA scripts), but how about HCL? What should I type into the green field in scene designer to change the label in virtual device?

Any help appreciated.

Make a global variable and use += operator, putting '1' in green box. Scene should be triggered on every breach, and breach should be put as a condition as well.

a += 1 is the same as a = a + 1.

And please note, that this section is for ready solutions only, I moved your topic.
