Aeon Labs HEM2 setup and dashboard issue

pgale

Question

I recenty got the HEM2 european 1 clamp, 100A energy monitor and have now got it working mostly well in HC2 4.053.

I've diasbled the slave devices for the non-existent clamp 2 and 3 that the template setup on install.

I've now got two different sets of data - one is the the whole HEM and the other for just clamp 1. Energy monitoring and charting seems to be correct but the dashboard at the top of the screen shows roughly double the actual consumption. I'm guessing this is because it's adding both the whole HEM figures and the clamp 1 figures together, even though clamp 1 is diasabled, hidden and 'show energy consumption measurements' in unticked as is clamp 2 and 3.

I only have reprt 1 running for W, KWh, V and A every 10 seconds or so.

Is this just a bug or have I done something wrong?

Thanks.

Hi,

Same here. The dashboard reading is not influenced by the setting "show energy..." Only the charting is.

So one could call it a bug I guess

same here, but it works ok! We have tested with 70w bulb and it measured 70.5 so it is ok.
