Accessproblems with more then 2 users at the same time when you login with the iPhone app ?

Hi,

I'm Timm and i have a buy HC2 version 4.051

I install the HC2 perfect and i make different usernames. 

 

But i have a big problem about the login for more iPhones with the remote access on 3G/4G. 

 

When i try to login with the iPhone app on remote access with 3G on The HC2 it works perfect.

When i try with another iPhone the same time to login remote access also with 3G,  on the first iPhone, on the screen there comes "a connection error" or the program is crashed.

 

When i try this on my local network (wifi) it works perfect!

Then you can login with more iPhones at the same time without any problems.

 

How i can configure that i can login with 2 or more iPhones on 3G on the same time with the HC2 iPhone app for use the HC2 ?

How can me help please ?

I'm afraid that isn't possible. Only one connection at the same time.

I've set up a VPN server, so I first make a VPN connection to my home en then start the Fibaro app.

 

I hope FIbaro will change this..
