Heating & A/C algorithm

I'm starting to centralize Heating,  A/C and Humidity control to the HC2 

Could you describe what is the current algorithm to turn off/on the devices for the different panels: Heating, A/C, Humidity ?

 

Usually , even the most basic system will be using a control algorithm that is hysteresis based

meaning that the devices don't switch as soon as the sensor value is over the set value, and won't switch back off as soon as it gets below the set value.

 

It seems to me that the HC2 is not using that but a simple >value and <value test ?

That is very bad to do especially for equipment that have motors / compressors like an airconditionning unit or dehumidiers
As they will turn on and off as soon as the sensor changes the value by 0.1 over or under the reference value

 

 

Is there any plan to add such basic control in the panel ? 

Either by setting a lower / higher range instead of only one temperature currently 

or maybe a simpler system: to allow to set the low and high hysteresis offset value globally for each panel ?

Our panels indeed control actors simply basing on temperature threshold. We will for sure consider improvements in that matter in future versions.
