HI we just got the Aeotec smart Switch 6 gen, it identifies with the HC2, but it won´t work.

We change the 81 parameter so that it may show the changed state but nothing happens

Anyone has played with this yet?

Gracias

I just tested it on 4.056 and it seems to be working fine. What do you mean by "not working"? It doesn't switch on/off, report values or something else?

  • yes when we send the command to turn on or off it just doesn't do that.

If the load is on is keeps it ON, and likewise if it is OFF

I have the same problem... I'm using it with a lamp... It's always on, it nevers cut the power... I haven't used it on scenes as if in interface doesn't work

Is there some parameter to change?

Works fine in our setup, using 4080. added using security mode, with two clicks on the device. changed parameter 81 only so that LED wasn't on the entire time.

Works fine with 4.080, added using security mode too. The only problem is that power consumption is not very accurate: a 2,6W led light is measured as 1,5W-1,7W. Using Fibaro Wall Plug shows 2,58W.

    Thanks

OK, so the problem ist the HC2 firmware version and not the switch.

I have 4.056 because of my RFID Reader. Can´t go to 4.080 in the moment
