HCL not loading

Hello!

 

My HCL is not loading: all LEDs is blinking at begin from left to right and than from center to the edges and back to center. But "Fibaro Finder" don't searching HCL.

And I behold HCL at Fibaro Home cloud.

 

I try to reset HCL: hold button "+" and power on. Withou result.

Here is a guide, I got in the mail of Fibaro.

 

1) Turn off the device by disconecting power supply

2) When turned off, turn it on again with recovery button “+” pressed (next to power)

3) When LED are flashing from center to the edges, please release recovery button “+”

Then it should be visible in LAN network. There you choose recovery option.

Your password and login will be reset to admin,admin after that.

Please note it will erase all your data so how a backup ready !
