i did count both states if somone mentioned two in satiscaction and Lua skills, i counted everything past 5 in Lua as 5.

there might have been some errors during the process but overall notions are not harmed by them (+ / - 2 is what i belive i could have messed up in most longer lines)

@JoJo I've got more or less similar numbers to Kuba, .. I've been collating each page. ( Cheers for the confirmation & tally ! )

 .. it would have been so much easier if they just enabled polls  !

 

But I'll go back through and get them into a spreadsheet and graph some responses.

Hopefully Fibaro ( are you still following @A.Socha ?) take notice of what a small cross section of their active userbase see as a future direction. It's a constructive group we have here, and if Fibaro jump on board with us, we can all help to build the system into what it is capable of .. think of it also that from 56 responses to Skill Level, almost 60% of us are OK with LUA + some support / direction, and roughly 30% are happy coding from scratch or better .. that's great for those of us that need a nudge

The more things cross correlate, the more chance there is of things being acted upon.

 

The majority of people that responded are pretty satisfied with their Fibaro System, although there is a significant almost 30% that think it is less than just OK, and roughly 25% that think it is OK, so the other way of saying this could be over half of respondents think their system is currently OK or poorer .. or if you are a half full kinda person .. over 70% of respondents think their system is OK or better ! ( Statistical interpretation is a joke really ! )

 

Suffice to say, there are some happy and some unhappy peeps out there, and the raw data without interpretation is worthy of some consideration, sheer weight of numbers in Q2 make some of the first priorities that users wish for very obvious. and the usefulness of members in the forum community is very obvious with Q3.

Stability and Diagnostic are almost on par. @A.Socha, is Diagnostic something Fibaro is willing to have a look on improving?

 

Improvement in ability to diagnose will indirectly lead towards better stability and customer satisfaction.

Yes this last week or so has shown that some changes are currently being made which is great.

• The more visible presence in the forums
• The, so far, seemingly more stable .083B release
• OTA updates
• The new forum layout with issues being segregated.

you guys are currently nailing it .. just keep the momentum and keep us informed and we'll all eventually drive your sales better than all the slick advertising
