DaveScout

Question

Morning all,

It's been a while since I have seen any chatter about the Broadlink devices. Has anyone created a virual device or further thoughts on integrating the Broadlink IR / 433 blaster???

On AC ON don’t put “ wait for device response” because se device won’t responde...

next ...

all the lines of code ends with an “Enter”.

thats is important

if that doesn’t work, later I will send my VD.

Installed broadlink-rm-http

And now trying to get this to work but it seems like i'm doing something wrong but don't now what...
I can send the learn command and get a IR code from that and this is written to commands.js, so far so good.

But when i try to execute it (http://192.168.2.230:1880/execute/broadlink/vardagsrum/dvd/on), i'll get
"Cannot GET /execute/broadlink/vardagsrum/dvd/on"

index.js and commands.js look like this

Tried to both to make a VD in HC2 and just execute from browser, but it's not working.

Can anyone see whats wrong?

I have tried multiple scenarios on how to add the string to the virtual device and no joy.

If I use the URL http://192.168.2.36:7474/code/Lounge_blind_down in Chrome it works, if I use Command URL http://192.168.2.36:7474/?cmd=%7B%22api_id%22:1004,%22command%22:%22send_code%22,%22mac%22:%2234:ea:34:c7:89:01%22,%22data%22:%22b2002a0309130a140914091409140a130a130a2ba41414080a1414090a1409140914140914090a1414090a1314091409150914091409140a09140a131409140a09140914140a13091509140915091409130a14090a130b130a13091409140a14091414090a130a130a140a130a130a130a140a1309140a13140a09140a130a130a141409140a0914091315091409150909141409140914baa414140a091414090a130a130a141409140a0913140a09141509130a140914091409150909140914140a13090a140a1314091509130a140914091409150914090a14091409130b130a130a140914130a0a1409130a140a1309140a140914091409140a131509091409140a1409131509140909140a14130a140914090a131509140914baa5131509091414090a1409130b13140914090a14130a0a131409140a14091409140a130a09140a13140a1409091409141409150914091409140a130a140914090a130a1409140a130a130a130a13150909140a14091409140a130a130a1409140a14091414080a140a1309150914130a14090a130a1414091409140a09141409140914baa51413090a141409091509140914140914090a1414090914140a130a140914091409150909140914140914090a140914140a130a13091509140915091409130a0a1409140a130a1309140a14091414090a130a130a1409140a130a1409130b130a130a141409091509130a130a13150915080a1409141408150914090a141409140914bba413140a091414090a130a130a14140914090a1414090a13140a1409130a14091409150909140914140a130a09140a13140915081509140a130a1309150914090a130a14091409140a130a130a1414090a140914091409140a1309150914091409140a1315090914091409150914140914090a130a141409140914090a131508150914baa51315090914140909140a140914140914090a14130a0a1314091409150914091509130a09130a141508150909140914140a14091409140914091509140914090a130a130a1409140a130a14091414090a130a140914091509130a130a130a1409150914130a09140a130a130a141409130a0a130a14140914091409091514091409140005dc09140914140a1409140914091409%22%7D in Chrome it works, If I use GET /code/Lounge_blind_down HTTP/1.1 in Virtual Device string it does not work.

I setup the following in VD

IP Address: Address of my RM Bridge

TCP Port: Port of RM Bridge 7474

String: GET /code/Lounge_blind_down HTTP/1.1

The String above is RF which is not working, however if I use the string GET /code/LED_Globe_UP HTTP/1.1 which is IR it works - Any Ideas?

Did you run the command in explorer or Chrome? If it worked and it is RF device you may have similar issue to me as described above

Well I managed to get it to work by using LUA Code - Eureka moment

local selfId = fibaro:getSelfId();
local ip = fibaro:get(selfId, "IPAddress")
local port = fibaro:getValue(selfId, "TCPPort")
local url = "/code/Lounge Blind Up"
local ws = Net.FHttp(ip, port)
local resp = ws:GET(url)
fibaro:debug(resp);
