Disable notifications for another user

Question

I would like to know if this a bug or that I understand something wrong.
One of my familiy members has the fibaro app installed on the mobile phone. But the person prefer not to have the fibaro notifications.
I thought I configured HCL like that, but still those notification are send.

See the pictures below. I configured a device to send a notification. In the access control I configured the other user not to receive notifications.

Uninstalling the app is not a solution and I don't know what happens if I remove the mobile from the list of mobile devices.

Please help. Thanks.

Hello,

You unchecked email and pop-up notifications for the user. Push notifications are sent to a smartphone. You have to untick the smartphone that you do not want to receive push notifications anymore from the list below in the Access Control.

  • Great, ... but of no use I think. Pop-up notification can only be activated via LUA. So not for HCL.
But at least, I know now that notifications are e-mails. Disabling the Mobile seems to stop the push notifications.
