Qubino Smart Meter Support for HC2

LucasWensing

Question

Hi - recently purchased the new released Qubino Smart Meter (

). According to a dutch domotica website this product should work on the HC2.

However, the HC2 states that the template is not available (

) and I see no parameters or metering adjustments when current runs through the device.

Anyone familiar with the issue? Is there a Fibaro roadmap for this device?

thanks in advance,

If the device is reported as configured, then it works. Templates are just nice to have (and not available at all in other controllers).

Have you tried setting parameters directly in the interface anyway (manually)?

I would bet it works.

I usually hide the extra devices manually too. Not needed usually, as you still get the information you need from the core device.

  • I indeed tried to add the parameters manually (as stated in the manual), but the HC2 does not seem to accept them.

Also, when I switch on a lamp (connected to the energymeter), it does not report the power running through. It just shows the 0.6W (as on the screen) (in lamp-off and lamp-off state). The power runs through the device though (the lamp is on). So, the Smart Meter seems to work from a power current perspective, but not from a reporting perspective.

So, that's why I think I need 'more' HC2 support for the device to work.

    Any ideas?
