Problem in sensors configuration

hi and hope everything goes well. i have added a simple motion sensor and sensor adder to HCL2. But as i have shown in below pic in setting i have nothing. i have tested smoke sensor too and i have had the same problem.could u please help me?

i have tested this sensor with HC2 version 4.09 and it has no problem.I think firmware of sensor is updated and with HC2 version 4.054 dont works properly. anyone know how can i downgrade firmware of sensor because by reset to default it didn't work ??

I was informed by our engineers that you will have to update the software on your gateway to 4.090 (you do not have to update to the latest BETA). Otherwise, you the device will not load the template completely. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I did not notice that your template lacks buttons as well, apologize for that.

Thanks in advance for your persuading and prompt reply.But the problem is in some cases when i update HC2 to 4.09 , when power fail and then come back again ,all signal lights in HC2 stays on and dont connect to LAN.Because of that i prefer to work with HC2 version 4.054
