Feature request - Thermostat synchronization

Recommended Posts

I know some people, that do not want week program, created in heating panel. Instead of it, they want to control heating/cooling from one device. For example from HeatIt (manually/app), that could be main thermostat.

Now, there is posibility to sync RGBW devices. Why not to do it for Thermostats?

  • Since new support for other thermostat (manually set will be excluded vrom heating panel) then i think Thermostat synchronization is in place.

What we need to sync. is property "targetValue" (you can see it through REST API), which every thermostat has.

    How it could work:

    • After setpoint settings on our chosen master thermostat will only send setpoint to others. Then mechanics programmed for other thermostat will do it's job.

in term of thermostats sync, i made lua scenes to be triggered if any changes happens to Mode, Fanmode and setpoint, from master to slaves.

the action commands is for model: MCOhome MH8-FC, so check the supported thermostat property and actions of yours

appreciates if someone can help to merge it into one code.
