Dimmer nie reaguje na sterowanie klawiszem

Question

Dimmer FGD 212 działa poprawnie przy sterowaniu zdalnym.

Jest podłączony do wyłącznika schodowego.

Nie można włączyć oświetlenia tym wyłącznikiem, natomiast jeżeli światło jest włączone można go nim wyłączyć.

Wyłącznik jest podłączony do styków Sx i S1.

Zrobiłem miękką rekonfigurację - bez zmian. sprawdziłem ustawienia i wydaje mi się, że jest OK.

Co może być przyczyną takiego zachowania?

Ja mam inne pytanie , dimmer działał ok,po roku przestał , kiedy włożę kabel do dimmer L to nie ma prądu , a gdy go wyciągnę prąd w kablu jest , czy to znaczy ze mi się uszkodził dimmer? a możne jest na to jakiś sposób?
