so i think my header with utf8 is not correct.
If i run url direct in browser it works with same data

Hej Jompa,

 

If the only problem is "ö" being changed to "ö" and transformations like this, then I suggest that the problem is in the encoding of your source code file.

Is the source code UTF-8 encoded?

    Yes the file should be utf8(can i see that somehow?)
