Vivotek IP-8332 JPG-image by email

One-putt

Question

I am using an Vivotek IP 8332 camera and is connected to the HC2. The HC2 dashboard (PC and iPone) shows the IP camera image, in other words the settings, IP-address, login and password are correct.

When I use the 'sendPhotoToEmail'- command, the image arrives as an JPG-emailattachment. However I can not open the image, but with a texteditor, I get the info:

"<HTML><HEAD><TITLE>401 Unauthorized</TITLE></HEAD>
<BODY><H1>401 Unauthorized</H1>
Your client does not have permission to get URL /cgi-bin/viewer/video.jpg from this server.
</BODY></HTML>"

If I load a browser with

, the image of the camera is presented.

Anybody know why the 'sendPhotoToEmail' can not "create" the JPG image

Thanks
