Set cyrillic label name in VD via REST api

I want to change label name in VD from python script on raspberry pi. It's perfectly works if I use latin characters.

But when I'm trying to send russian characters, it looks ugly.

 

Anybody know at which encoding need to send text to Fibaro HC?
