  • Hi,

I have reloaded Lili data base, but it is not working.

According to FIBARO support team this issue is related to software. And they are aware of it.

Are you using iOS or Android? The strange expirience we had is when we intalled HC2 to a customer and using Samsung S5 Lili worked just fine, but when we tried with his Iphone 7 it was not working... From the support told us that Lili has been stoped for iOS or something like that....

I noticed the problem too over Christmas - I reloaded the database to no avail. Have been meaning to look further but simply not had the time. I had hoped the new full release would fix it but still not working.
