Hi @moosairshad and welcome to Fibaro forum.

How did you include it in normal or security mode? Did you do inclusion by keeping sensor near to HC2? What notification did you get from HC in notification balloon on the top of the web GUI page during inclusion, do you remember? What firmware you have on your HC2?

From the picture I can see that is even missing X for deletion. Did you try to reset motion sensor and include it again in normal mode?

  • hi @Sankotronic, I just added it normally as I added all other sensors also. I had deleted and included the motion sensor more than once, then also the same result. I will remove it and add now and give you the results

One thing to take note. Do not remove a device and immediately add again. Somehow, there may be backend script or activity going on that cause weird results. I have learnt to wait awhile (5 mins perhaps) before re-add a just removed device. If this still does not work, see if remove, wait awhile, reboot HC2, re-add works or not.

I am assuming your HC2 is running relatively newer firmware version 4.1xx range since you did not mention. If it is too old version and you have the newer generation of FGMS001v2, then it may not be properly recognise since the old old HC2 firmware versions did not include support for the newer modules.

What is the version of the Fibaro Motion Sensor? FGMS001 or FGMS001v2?

I know I may sound stupid. Have you tried these steps?

    • Clear web browser cache, close/terminate web browser, relaunch web browser and access the Home Center again?
    • Use another web browser such as older Internet Explorer (not the new Edge one in Windows 10) or FireFox (or Safari if you have a Mac)?
    • Try to access from another system?

Some rare occasions that I get this kind of partial display screen, reload or re-click around the menus and back to the device, it will load the contents fine. Based on the event logs you shared, it definitely seems like the inclusion went fine, just nothing get displayed.

Create a scene with this script. See if the device has parameter template assign to it properly or not.

    Is yours FGMS001 or FGMS001v2?

There is a difference. One is first generation with only Z-Wave, one is second generation with Z-Wave Plus.
