Camera pic not showing in Chrome - okay in FF

Hi,

This has been an issue for a good while and not related to the latest 4.11 release

 

The camera preview in the Web UI when viewed through chrome doesn't show the image.

It's okay with firefox. 

No difference with dashboard view v normal view
