Secure SRT323 thermostat: manual wake up

Ulf100

Question

From time to time my SRT323 loses the network connection and the display looks s follows:

Please login or register to see this image.

/monthly_2017_02/58a7580d85111_SRT323noconnection.JPG.f4623d44848c21b8520e4ebeb4aca1b0.JPG" alt="SRT323 no connection.JPG" />

How can I reconnect the thermostat to my network? I have not found a way how to wake it up manually..... So far, I always have to exclude the SRT323 and include it again which is quite cumbersome. Does anybody have a solution?

I don't have that problem. If I should guess, the thermostat is out of range of the controller. If you don't have powered devices between the thermostat and the controller, maybe you can try that.
