spinning blue balls.... help !!

AutoFrank

Question

Hi,

Strange one

I reconfigured the Master device for my HEM and it seemed to work okay

I then clicked the edit for the master to find the slaves and the spinning blue balls started and are still running 15 minutes later.

I tried the usual things close/open/new browser, clear cache and it still the same.

The HC2 is still running fine, I just cant get to the web ui

I'm trying to resist the urge to force a reboot and was wondering if anybody has other suggestions

Thanks

Hi @AutoFrank,

Did you tried anonymous mode in your browser or MS Edge? I found this way more reliable then other browsers.

With new versions of browser i found there is still some mess even if i clear a cache.
