Set indicator function

Hi.

I'm using ZCH5010 light switches throughout the house.

Having the "indicator set" command would greatly improve their usability. For instance, settings indicator 4 on when the garage door is breached.

What is planned regarding the indicator commands?

Hello,

I apologize but I do not entirely understand your suggestion. Please, elaborate on this.

  • Hi :)

The front panel of the light switches has four indicators (leds), which can be controlled by the indicator set class (i'm guessing some default z-wave function). Logicsoft controllers, homeseer and vera devices seem to have this functionality. Using an indicator set command in a scene would make it possible to turn on the LED if the garage door is open, and when pressing the lid switch, it will close.
