That remote controller is used for scenes. Double click, hold, release, ...

  • I tried this but did not figure it out. Can you explain. Do I use it to set the scene activation for the S1 and S2?

Did you set Parameter 50 to scene activation (value 1)? Then you just need physical interaction with Switch on the wall.

Then it will have some IDs. Eg. ID 11 for click. It should be in parameter description.

Thanks Jakub for helping me find this thread....

Is there any documentation available so I can understand if this is useful or not and how it

    is directly related to scenes.

    - I currently use the normal digital inputs to control scenes as a "triggering device"

I know that documentation not really is Fibaros strong side of life :-)

    Hi @PAL_HC2,

I can only suggest to take a look at manual online (link below) or to dedicated parameters in Web UI. And i have to agree with you about that documentation side.

Also when you activate parameter for scenes (set value to 1), then is advised to make soft-reconfiguration of the device, because of basic function change. Then you should be able to work with actors (in dedicated slave in HC2) like with keyfob or NodOn Wall switch.
