Hi @dyrecta,

Using scenes that loop endlessly for so basic task is wrong direction. It is pity to use block scenes on HC2 since LUA gives great features that block scenes can't do, but disadvantage is that you have to learn it first.

If you are interested in LUA solution then just check links in my signature:

Main scene for time based events is takin care to set time of day, darkness if it is light or dark outside and can start other scenes and VD repeatedly or on schedule.

Very Smart Light™ scene can control your rooms lights

Weather status is getting proper weather if HC plugins are wrong.

If you still want to do it your self in block scenes, then build two scenes that will change global variable at some predefined time. Then build the rest of the scenes that are triggered by this global variable to do some actions. You will reduce number of scenes that loops endlessly and also reduce number of failures.

But I still think that it is really pity to use block scenes on HC2 with LUA language available since in LUA you need only one scene to take care of all time based stuff wile in blocks you need at least two scenes or even more.
