Remote API for Fibaro Home Center?

Hello all.

Fibaro HC2 has very good documented API:

Please login or register to see this link.

Question:

But is there any API which allows to connect to server externally via home.fibaro.com?

Why do we need it:

API works great if we are talking about local network.

But now we stucked with problem. We signed agreement with 20+ customers. According to it we monitor their smart homes and tries to resolve problems ASAP.

Not all of them has static IP address. So it looks like nightmare when we try to check status of all servers.

In order to do it we usually use:

1) home.fibaro.com

2) login to every HC2 separatelly and check how it works.

It would be much simpler if we would have remote API. So we could write simple application (like PHP or JS) which:

1) downloads all devices, settings, scenes and other JSONs.

2) Parse this information.

3) Shows report like: battery statuses, dead nodes, memory status, temperatures, devices statuses and so on.

But now we don't have it.

We tried to sniff HTTP command between browser and home.fibaro.com. Also tried to sniff messages between Android application and home.fibaro.com.

On start it does some magic which allows to generate some tokens. After it, this token will be used for every request.

I guess Fibaro specially implemented it in this way to protect remote connection.

But in general it would be great to have such possibility...

Alexa is already integrated remotelly so I think that this functional is ready, but not public available.

+1 to have remote API documented.

+1 for Remote API support.

Remote API could elevate capabilities of Fibaro to a new level. We could develop 3rd party apps for our customers.

@FIBARO any chance to have a Remote API in the following releases?
