HC2 startup ,all the lights are on

Question

HC2 startup,The LED light blinks left,then ,all the lights are on.

 

Restoring factory settings too

Has anyone ever had this problem?Is there a solution?

I am eager to get your instruction. I will appreciate any of your help.

Remove the Recovery stick and try to boot your HC2 without it.

If your HC2 starts then you can put the recovery stick back.

Same problem over here !

No idea what to do, full system stop, even after a Recovery ?

my HC2 all LED lights because the upgrade failed to change, according to the video method has not improved.

HC2 boot now takes a long time to be able to use the keyboard, and enter the BIOS interface.(About 20 minutes to 40 minutes)
 
At this time if you choose not to enter the BIOS interface but waiting for the HC boot normally, then enter the stuck upgrade interface.
 
If you want to enter the repair interface, press and hold the "+" key HC2d boot, the display will display the following figure
