Lost admin/superuser after upgrade to Fibaro ID

Question

Any more than me that lost admin/superuser connection to HCL? Sw version 4.120. Have an [User] account, no [Superuser]. Fibaro support do not answer my questions anymore,

Username in web GUI is case sensitive, so can you try to use first letter as a capital one?

 

Also I recommend to call them or to distributor in your country.

    You know, that login to Fibaro ID and to your HCL are 2 different logins, right?

    Same here. Suddenly lost acces through my admin account. Figuring out what changes happened. I'm on version 4.130.

    I think this is happening since earlier this week I was confronted with a new login procedure. Could that be causing this?

    I now recall I've registered for Fibaro ID a few days ago. And now my admin access is lost. How can I reset my admin account?
