HC2 Compatibility Danalock 3

The Danalock 3 with Z-Wave support has been released.

Before actually buying one, can someone please confirm compatibility with the HC2/HC-lite ?

@MaTi, We have bought one for tests directly from Poly-Control (guys responsible for Danalock). I will start testing it in few days.

Hi @MaTi and othere following this topic.

 

So i have tested it and it is working. And i think you will hear sound of locking/unlocking Danalock from the other side of the door. Is pretty loud in comparison to previous generation.

There is only Lock/Unlock button in HC.

 

I included Danalock via add DoorLock (secure inclusion). This device is S2 ready. It could be nice if Fibaro would support S2.

 

Also FLIR works as usual. When i lock via app, it happens immediately and i do no have to wait till it locks.

I can also see status if i lock via keys or that "handle". It is higly positive. But i do not see LED turned ON, when i lock and unlock manually. Only when i lock/unlock via app.

 

There is no PIN setting (if there is any) and it has not template. So you need set parameters manually if it is needed. I will send downloaded template from HC to Fibaro support.

 

Also additional settings as calbration, etc. needs to be done via Danalock app as usual. I did not made any setting to it, i just included it into HC, so no calibration, etc.

 

 

Interesting output, when i try to set parameter 1:

[12:42:43] ID 1361: Nastavit parametr 0. hodnota=1
[12:42:45] ID 1361: Hláška parametru 0 obdržena, hodnota=0
[12:43:06] ID 1361: Nastavit parametr 1. hodnota=1
[12:43:07] ID 1361: Hláška parametru 1 obdržena, hodnota=0
[12:43:29] ID 1361: Nastavit parametr 0. hodnota=1
[12:43:29] ID 1361: Hláška parametru 0 obdržena, hodnota=0

 

Finaly after 4th attempt:

[12:45:37] ID 1361: Nastavit parametr 1. hodnota=1
[12:45:39] ID 1361: Hláška parametru 1 obdržena, hodnota=1

 

 

Ok now, it seems that parameters setting is working.

 

Attached file is template downloaded from HC a both master and slave through the API.

Not even sure if you can change the default "door lock" icon.

So far after including device to Fibaro, that device has standart Door Lock icon, that change color from green to red and vice versa.

 

And i really do not remember if i were able to change icon.

Unfortunatelly i had to return Danalock, so i cannot test the icons. I had it only for a tests that lasted for a afternoon only.

I don't have it yet. I have entrance door on which I have to first pull handle up to be able to lock it. Maybe I'm wrong but when I read about this Danalock then it is not capable of locking such door. So then, what is the use of automatic lock if it can't lock the door unless I walk to it and pull the handle?  

 

It seems that I will have to replace my entrance door with something better and that can be automated.

I had the same lock in my door, I had to pull the handle up first. I just changed the lock inside the door aswell
