Line break in VD label

szmyk

Question

Hi

I'm trying to break line in VD label. Do you have a solution for this?

My VD has got 3 labels:

Please login or register to see this code.

Label 1 looks good on www but not on iOS mobile.

Label 2 looks good on iOS mobile but not on www.
Label 3 looks good on www but not on iOS mobile.

Every of these 3 labels looks bad on Android mobile.

good point @szmyk, I think it would be great to have more control over formatting the labels in a VD that work for both the mobile and Web UI

  • I updated first post and added Android screen. None of my tricks works on Android mobile application.

I noticed that on web UI works also different formatting tags. For example:

Please login or register to see this code.

and it looks great on www but ugly on mobile:

                                          www                                                                       mobile iOS

  • Thanks @samuel for informations. It's not good news as the issue wasn't fixed for such long time. May our grandchildren wait until it will be fixed :(

I have tried a few things, but I think there is no workaround. Except, of course, defining multiple labels, but that is a lot of work...
