Question

Hello.

Is it possible to add the Omna 180 HD camera to HC2? Its not in the list and i cant find a plugin. I have added it in Apple Home and it shows in Fibaro Home app on iPhone. Not sure where to go from here.

Any help is appreciated =)

You mean, "and it's visible in Fibaro for HomeKit Devices app", right?

First, we can start from understanding what is what.

FIBARO has two lines of products, hence, two apps. We serve products in Z-Wave and HomeKit versions (some are only in Z-Wave version though).

That is why we have two apps. For the courtesy of our ecosystem we've added the ability to view Z-Wave devices in HomeKit app.

So you can view them all, your HomeKit camera in Fibaro for HomeKit Devices app, together with the rest of devices connected to the Home Center.

However, it is possible to connect some cameras directly to Home Center.

According to the

, it is capable of "• Simultaneous H.264/M-JPEG format compression". However, we don't know what URL path for this MJPEG stream is.

You can connect any camera to our Home Center system as long as the camera has dedicated MJPG url.

I'm afraid this HomeKit camera doesn't provide one.

Hello,

If you have stream through web interface (if it has one), then you should be able to dig path to video from web page source code (or from deeper files).

I had to done that few times to satisfy few customers or installers.
