unable to utilise unconfigured device in block scene

since setting up my Garage controller (aeon Labs model:

) it has displayed as being Not Configured. i can manually open and close the door from the interface but when i comes to putting this into a block scene (i only have a HCL) i am unable to choose the device.

 

Ideas?

@Stagea09, so you do not see device named "Garage Door" in block scenes? Can you see it in Magic scenes in action?

 

if you looking for device named "Garage Door Controll", then i think Master devices are not shown in scenes.

Hey mate, I have devices setup in rooms and when I select the garage it only shows the lights and the multi sensor in that room.

 

I haven't tried a magic scene as yet, never used them.

it seems i can create a magic scene with the said Garage door (slave device). but with that is limited functionality.

@jakub.jezek I have the same issue.  However, I can see the garage controller in the magic scene to open and close it but it doesn't appear in the block scene.  Any ideas? I'd like to open the garage door automatically using GPS when I get home.  The Magic scene doesn't have GPS as a trigger. Any help appreciated. TIA
