conditional timer

Question

Hi

I want to build a conditional scene as follows:

If daypart ="state" (Ex: Evening)

and main light at a specific room are on for more than defined time (ex: >=30sec)

then turn other lights\devices on

Am I missing something ? This seems like a straightforward scene easy to create in block or lua= if (daypart = evening and light X is on for 600 seconds), then turn on device 1, device 2, device 3 etc...
