Hello,

My light switch has 2 wires as you can see in the drawing.

Is the scheme I have correct for using Single Switch?

Thank you for your response.

Hello @Alexandruu!

Welcome to the community!

I'm glad you wrote : )

First of all, please do not fiddle with electricity if you don't have the necessary knowledge. It is important to underline that we strongly advise you to install it under the supervision of a qualified electrician.

Secondly, how do you know you have Live wire and Neutral wire and not Live and Load (Q).

If you really have a L and N installation, how does the switch controls the source of light?

It is not enough to check the current in those wires as the Neutral and Load (Q) wires may both be without any current, but that doesn't mean it is Neutral wire.

This screenshot is not applicable to your case because you have have only two wires coming out of the junction box.
