Question

Hi!

I have HC2 as master gateway and HCL as slave controller.

Fibaro Heat controller was added to HCL controller in secure mode.

After synchronisation i have next problems:

1.Fibaro Heat controller  has not appeared in Master controller HC2 interface

2. sensor of Heat Controller has appeared, but doesn't refresh.

I tried many times, but the same result.

Could anybody help me, what must i do to solve this problems?

Thank's to all

Vladimir

Hi @Vladimirrv!

The extra sensor may take up to 10 minutes before the temperature reading will show up in HC2 interface. Then, it refreshes only when a more significant temperature change happens (+- 0.5 degree).

Did you try to add it in non-secure mode?

  • Temp Sensor refreshes on HCL (slave) controller, but doesn't on HC2 (master) controller.

Ok, i'll try to include in non-secure mode, then tell what happens.

Added in non-secure mode on slave controller, Heat controller appeared on Master controller, but now Temp sensor is not appearing.. may be before first data from sensor.

Added in non-secure mode to slave controller, Fibaro heat controller appeared in Master controller, but temp sensor doesn't appearing in Master Controller, maybe just before first data from sensor to Heat Controller.

Hello, @I.Srodka I reopen this thread as I have a similar issue.

    I've got 4 boxes 2 HC2 and 2 HCL. 1 master HC2 the rest are slaves.

All are in 4.512. Till now all my FGT were on the master and everything was OK. I'm changing the approach of the system, will not detail it here, but now I've got some FGT's on one slave HC2.

    - If I setup the schedule on the master for the FGT of the slave it doesn't work

    - if I setup the schedule on the slave it's ok and synch the FGT of the slave.

    - if I import the FGT from the slave to the master then the FGTs are not scheduled anymore .

=> I've tried defining a schedule on the master, on both slave / master, only slave => the slave is ok until the import. After the import nothing works anymore.

for the moment the only way I found is to not importing the FGT on the master and setup the schedule on the slave, but it's not a really comfortable situation.

Could you please have a look?

    Thank you for the help.

    EDIT :

I forgot to specify that devices are not included in secure as mention on the first thread.
