Wallplug communication problem

Question

I have a communication problem with one off my wallplug(FGWPE/F 102).

Before i reset it and remove it from the Fibaro and adding it again. Is there a other way to get it work again. If i restet it i loss all the energy diagrams for this device.

In devices screen click not working device and select force communication. See if this solves the problem.

    I have delete the device en reset it and now its working.

  • Today, the wall plug is again not working. 

     

    I have a communication problem with the wall plug. If i remove it and reset all wil working again. But what the problem is the problem? Is the device defect?

    It could be that your mesh network is weak in the area you are using the wall plug. How far is it from the Homecenter or other  devices not using batteries? Does it work close to the Homecenter?

  • Between the home center is 6 meter, and in the area are 4 wall plugs and 5 dubble switchers. And i have reset the mes network. And there are 4 dubble switchers that further away and this have no problems.
