Use and set the heatingpanel temperatures in a scene

I would like to be set  and/or use the (current) temperature from the heating panel in a scene / using conditions.

Example: If there hasn't been movement in the house for  a given amount of time, the temperature set in the heating panel can be turned down.

I own the HCL controller. I can therefore not use lua to implement a solution. Also I cannot use variables as part of a condition (neither input, nor output).

Therefore I was hoping it could be made part of the basic functionality to set and use the temperatures set in the heating panel as part of the conditions in scenes. Maybe more general the possibility to use variables as part of a condition. The current functionality of the heating panel is rather basic. So much information available from my sensors, and not being able to use  them to optimizer the way I heat my home...

I have no experience with the possibilities the HC2 has.

PS. Your second link does not work.
