Hello guys, hello @ryvaenge!

As it was stated by the @diedvdyk, changing API to v3 will make our devices usable in Alexa Routines.

I cannot promise you any exact dates, but first half of the year should be achievable in this matter.

    Same problem here.

@10der : In what thread is this already reported ? I cant find it.

    @admins :

Are the Fibaro skills developed with then Alexa smart home V2 api ?

Is there a release expected with the Alexa smart home V3 api ?

Smart Home V3 api enables use of scenes in Alexa routines, isnt it ?

Same Problem here, I get a call from the Amazon support after bug reporting, but they can`t help me.

    Any solution?

    Thank you

Think out of the box. Create a group in your Alexa app. Add the scene in the group.
You can add groups in a routine.
But, be aware, this probably also requires a device to be in the group. Add a 'fake' device or a device that you don't use.
This can be a workaround till the new API is available.

As @wpeeters stated there are enough workarounds for this.

For example I use the Node Red Alexa Skill.

My local Node Red installation interacts with the Fibaro rest api .

In this way I can use non lua scenes and virtual devices in Alexa routines.

Non lua scenes and virtual devices arent supported in the Fibaro Alexa skills (yet?).

Or you can use the more common used habridge system.
