How to start a fibaro wall plug from a VD button

Helm

Recommended Posts

Hi, I am trying to start a fibaro wall plug from a VD button.

I have 4 buttons and would like the first buttons to start the fibaro wall plug for 15min and turn off.

Second button starts the fibaro wall plug for 20min and turn off.

Third button starts the fibaro wall plug for 25min and turns off.

Forth buttons starts the fibaro wall plug for 30min and turns off.

Could someone help me in doing this? Any help is much appreciated.

In Hc2

Button1      fibaro:call(5,”turnOn”)                    —  5 = wallplug id

                    fibaro:sleep(900000)                     — time in  miliseconds 15 min

                    fibaro:call(5, “turnOff”)

Button2      fibaro:call(5,”turnOn”)

                     fibaro:sleep(1200000)

                     fibaro:call(5,”turnOff”)

Each time the Buttons are pressed the sleep function starts again. Do you think it is possible to add a label and display a countdown in the VD and each time the button is pressed, the countdown starts from the beginning?

@HelmTry this VD attached you have to change your device ids.

There is a 60sec odd delay before you can restart after resetting timer.

You may be able to adapt it further to suit. Once time is set you can also start with main button of VD.
