You would need to contact certified installer of Z-Wave Aliance, we ha the tool to see the network traffic. It calls CIT (Certified installer toolkit). That would find your issue.

thank you for your response. one year ago I developed this tools for a fan on Z-UNO, but currently, this device works as multi-device.

    so, my question is:

    * How much should I pay for your service?

    * where I can find CIT?

    thank you!

    Hi,

It would be easier if you find a local installer as he needs to be there in person. The CIT needs to be connected to your network to analyse it.

I am sure you will find someone on Z-Wave alliance website in the partners section.

@10der i follow your posts so I know you like technical details. So this is not for everyone. If you have plenty of time, and you have 75 EUR and at the same time can say "oh, well, I spent that amount of money and quite some time to learn the tool, but it did not help. But I do not care, because it was worth trying and I learned about Z-Wave" then this tool is for you:

Please login or register to see this link.

It is not a substitute for CIT, you have to learn (read) about Z-Wave packets and networking. If you don't do that, you'll jump to conclusions.

But you can find which node talks to which node and when.

It is an SDR with a small MCU. The MCU decodes the data and dumps it via seriale over usb. I own one and I know a few other forum members that bought one too.
