HCL crashes every 2-3 days

Hi all together,

 

I'm Patrick from Germany and I've got the following Problem with my HCL:

Every 2-3 days the HCL crashes completely. Connections over the web Interface or Android app are impossible, Scenes doesn't work anymore.

But it's LED's are still active. Disconnecting the power solves the Problem for a few days. Software: 4.160

RAM is at about 70% all the time, is that a Problem?

I would be very happy if anyone here could help me with that Problem.

As you can imagine, my girlfriend isn't very happy with that situation

Get used to it (leider). You are not the only one facing this. I am having the same, so I have it connected to a DECT switch and automatically shut it down twice a day for 15 min and power it on again. Unfortunately this is not always good enough and it crashes more often.

I really hope they fix this problem soooooooon.

Did you tell fibaro about the problem?

Add your feedback in the SW section under HCL version 4.160, you are not the only one there, just add your feedback to already existing thread:
