Question

Hmmm...Is there a 3rd edition of Home Center 2 release?

Noticed these on Fibaro website. And the antenna seems different from the 2nd edition of Home Center 2 I have got.

Hmm, interesting. I know I saw a "limited black edition" on Vesternet a few days ago, although I couldn't find it on the Fibaro website.

@chaicka and @pg12575, it is just black HC2. Only added value seems to be color (looks better).

Fibaro seriously stockpiled the obsoleted Intel DN2800MT mainboard that can last them for so many years (been almost 3 years if not longer since the 2nd edition of HC2)?

I did not have open any Black HC2, yet. But to get manufacturing as cheap as possible and have some quality, then i assume everything is same and only finish different. Because why to keep two different HC2.

no, this is already 3rd generation, it been released some time ago, it is Mitac PD11TI board (and not Intel DN2800MT), yes, they are "identic"
but Mitac is still producing them at leat till end of 2018 (i know because one of our customers is using them for some manufacturing control devices)
