Roller shutter closes after opening

TeXmeX

Question

Hi,

I installed all my roller shutter with FGR-222 module. But sometimes the morning when we open them manually with the switches (toggle switches) some roller shutter close just after the opening and open again. With the smartphone there is no problem. I did again a calibration,  electrical installation is ok. It's seems it's a calibration that occurs unexpectedly.

It's an annoying issue, any ideas please ?

Thank you.

yes,

i have experienced the same problem, with a number of my fibaro blind FGR 222 modules in different rooms too.

it doesn't seem to happen all the time though and no idea what causes it yet.

i hope someone smarter than me has come across a solution.

:-)

I have a similar problem -  in reverse.

If I make a scene which closes the shutter and manually start the scene – it will close and stays closed.

If I activate the same scene using a changing variable

e.g if “alarm variable” changes to “safe” then run “shutter close” scene  - the shutter closes but then immediately opens.

This has only started to happen over the last few days. Have tried a few “solutions” but none work.

Any ideas - please

I have had someting simular.

There was a conflict in variables.

So you need to check what is openening your shutter.

(remark I use Qubino 24volt)

Thanks for your reply.

This was my thought also - but I cannot see a conflict - the sytem has been working fine until last 4 days -

I did do a firmware update?????? - I was sort of hoping it may have been a firmware problem.

I think I may disable all my shutter scenes  - if that solves the problem I can add them back one by one to see where the problem is.

Thanks, again
