parameter 10 not saved

MdeRijk

Question

I run version HC2 4.180. I have a swipe and try to change parameter 10 to clockwise. I save the parameter, see it in window above:

[21:44:57] ID 102: Set parameter 10, value = 31

But if I look at the parameter 10 , the tick mark is gone and at the right it says: last value set

I don't see additional information in the window above. If i press save button again I see

ID 102: Set parameter 10, value = 15

so nothing changed.

My swipe is attached to the power and I have tried multiple browsers, versions, windows, Mac, nothing different. I am logged in as superuser (email adres).

I have tried to delete and add the swipe again, but no change in behaviour.

I can only change parameters from other devices like the motion sensor if I change the parameters from the parent device (hidden).

Anyone the same problem and hopefully a solution?

Hi @MdeRijk,

DId you tried to wake up Swipe?

I'm setting parameters in following order:

  1. Set parameters.
  2. Save parameters.
  3. Wake-up device -> I'm waking Swipe even if USB powered.
  4. When you receive feedback from Swipe reload web page.

Regards,

Jakub
